Return Policy

Unless prior arrangements have been made, there is no refund for EZ-NetTools accounts, marketing or promotional materials.

We will replace items which have manufacturer defects with equal or similar items which we may have in our inventory.

We will exchange promotional clothing if sizes do not fit as long as such items are returned unworn and in resell-able condition.

Shipping of exchanged items is the responsibility of the exchanging party.
